Judi Rotstein began her legal career in 1997 with Allens and subsequently worked as an in-house lawyer at the Melbourne Docklands Development Authority and then Telstra.
Judi is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Nationally Accredited Mediator who gets a buzz from her clients reaching mutually acceptable solutions.
Working exclusively in mediation since 2012, Judi brings compassion and empathy to her role as a mediator. She has successfully helped countless families reach agreements on parenting arrangements, child support and property settlements, keeping them out of the court process, saving them time, money and further emotional distress.
As a parent of three children, Judi is especially concerned about the children’s best interests. Her child-centric approach supports and encourages reduced conflict and positive post-separation parenting.
